Hondata Style, would this be as good as a Hondata gasket?

 

That race gasket will overheat your engine. Don't ask why I know.

please explain, i've used it never saw any overheating.

 

The race gasket just blocks off the coolant flow, so yea it may overheat.
But hey I bought the SAME EXACT gasket off the SAME EXACT SELLER.
He is awesome, respond to emails quickly.

It does not come pre-drilled for the coolant flow so you'll have to cut it yourself, it also doesnt come with plastic washer for the bolts like Hondata.

The post overstates the Hondata price and then says the gasket material is the same - which it is not.

Is it the same as the Hondata gasket? No. Not even close. The colour and shape are the only similarities.

Can the Hondata IM gasket be used over and over, or does it have to be replaced each time the IM is pulled? Thanks

 

I have reused mine.......it does not melt or bond

 

says it can be re-used on instructions that come with it
