does anyone know of any companies making a replica c-west hood i love this hood but 3,000.00 is way too much for a hood in my opinion

hey *** knuckle i didnt ask for opinions i asked if anyone knew of a replica i build my cars for me not for you

 

i dont know, but i like the hood. i guess its an aquired taste

 

i like the hood. looks aggressive.

 

If you ask me the hood to look for would be the newer version of that hood that now resides on their prototype race car.



Get that and set it up with the actual half-V mount radiator setup and you'll have something quite unique

But as for your original question, I doubt you'll find a knock off of either and even if you did the cheap materials it would be made of couldn hold a candle to the honeycomb dry carbon construction of the CWest unit.

PornStar is correct. The fishgrade hood in your first pic has been discontinued. The new hood is the one in the bottom pic. I know for a fact that Moterex has the fishgrade hood that you want and its $2600.
