Default Busa (Headers and Pipe)

Question for the BUSA owners:
How much wieght would you say you lost going to aftermarket headers/pipes?? somewhere in the 10 pound area? Also i was wondering what kind of full exhaust systems you are running, I was wondering what kind of setup to go with if i am not looking for the extremly loud/annoying sound, as the bike will be used to LONG rides and stuff like yoshi/akrapovic/hindle are all very loud...any suggestions?

I thought Yosh and akrapovic were some of the quieter system out. I use to have a yosh system when I had my built motor, but the turbo system has it own stuff it is quite. Good luck, nothing out there is quite like a stock system. Yes you should save around 10 Pounds with an aftermarket system, more if it is titanium.

Headers are worthless on bikes for the money in my opinion... your biggest weight savings comes from the material of the can. On bikes too much exhaust flow or intake flow without proper mods will cause lean conditions quick...
