I need help on changing this. I have searched and read loads of different things.
It moves left to right easy but I can't pull it out.
Some threads say it'll come out easy, others say leave the fuel rail in, which I wanna do.
I looked on a motor at a wrecking yard and it looks like the rubber pipe underneath needs releasing first and doesn't look like it will pull up through th IM with it on.

I need an answer from someone that actually has done this! PLEASE!

just pull, it has some resistance but will come out. I changed mine a while back and thought that same thing..

 

just pull on it it will come off. fuel rail might be in the way though. post pics if you can
