I've been doing body work on my car and haven't started it in ~3 months...i primed the engine and on the first start it fired right up...but then died 15 seconds later. Now it wont start and is throwing code 21. Please help!

P.S. - car is getting painted today!! ahhh!

bump...i have an obd1 P28 ecu and i found out that code 21 means VTEC sol. I tested for continuity on that wire and there is none (which is right). Still wont fully start, would this code prevent start or do i have another problem as well???
