If you are referencing a USDM ITR final drive, then it will do nothing as it's the exact same as the one you have. A JDM ITR final drive will however improve your acceleration a bit, at the cost of gas milage and top speed. I suggest you research the topic as it has been covered many times in the past.

 

A JDM ITR final drive uses a lower gear, and will ultimately give you better acceleration. Your gas mileage will go down slightly, and top speed will be slightly slower due to the gearing. Also your RPM will be slightly higher at any given speed, so take that into consideration if you're nitpicky about highway noise.
