Very very nice!

I finally did it.. I switched out the progress coilover system to ITR shocks and spoon springs. I was hoping that the ride high would be higher than my slammed 3 inch drop, but NOOOO waa!

She sits the same hight as before!! Oh well.. The ride is very nice and softer than the Progress set up. The progress are very stiff, so you felt everything.

I used the rear ITR lower control arms that happen to be a direct bolt on the the del sol with rear sway bar. My next up grade is a progress rear sway bar. It's on the way. Should have it in by next week and I'll let you all know how the set up handles.

 

Hell yea!! sounds like a very good setup. I always wanted the Progress say bar for my EG, tell me how it goes

 

very nice, which set of Spoon springs did you go with? Now you've just gotta get the Spoon shocks

Heh, my first thought was similar... more along the lines of a Miata though.
