Question about mixing and matching oem exhaust parts

If I get a USDM Type-R header, and USDM Type-R Cat-Back exhaust. Can I bolt my STOCK cat into place with these parts without welding (lengthening or shortening) the B-Pipe? I'm refering to a 95 GSR.

I guess basically my question is... Is the USDM Type-R and 95 GSR catalytic converters the same size?
