I just got in my OEM Optional Kit, and Comptech front ITR style lip. Additionally, I just bought a JDM ITR rear wing.

Now, all i need before my car gets a fresh coat of Nitehawk Black Pearl is:

1998+ Rear Bumper cover as COMPLETE as possible.
1998+ Tail lights (Red/Clear only)..

Please be fair on your prices... must be in good condition. Thanks in advance.

ADDITIONALLY: I am located in/around Richmond Virginia and if its close enough I will come take delivery of the items myself.
