Default how do I remove emblems cleanly

i want to take off the civic logo and trim model emblem on the rear of my Civic...I don't want to mess anything up. What is the cleanest/easiest way to do this?

For stickers, the blow dryer works wonders.

very very carefully. but it all should peel with ease... just take your time. the dental floss thing is a good idea, i've also heard of using fishing line...

Took me about an hour and a half to remove my ACURA, both "A" emblems, and a cheap *** ITR emblem from my car when I bought it. I used dental floss and a steam cleaner to remove the adhesive. Now, I'm sporting JDM emblems (looks a lot better).

This is the way to go. Took about a minute to get my rear emblem off. Front emblem was a whole other story.

Also when I was finished I waxed over the area to be sure the finish was even, then used an alcohol swab to clean the area where the newer emblem would go. That is if you have a newer logo, you may be going slick
