I'm looking for a stock d15 motor to replace the one in my 1988 hatch in the Central Florida area. Hoping to find one cheap since its a very common thing to motor swap these cars. I'm not looking for performace, I'm only looking for some transpertation . I dont have a lot of money to play with right now since I will need a running car to get get a jop. So the cheaper the better.

you need to get off trail user status. I think it takes like 6 weeks. It kinda sucks, but it weeds out the punks (not that you are a punk)
