Maybe I'll have to pull the one from my turbo motor.
I need to get down to the shop ...

RJ -- I'll buy that gasket from you.

I'm planning on getting my OEM pan baffled and saving some $$$ for tyres.

Looking at that pan, and knowing the cost. Thats what i would do if i tracked my car more. Can't be too hard to recreate that pan me thinks.

Yes I was thinking the same, the Mugen pan looks like it's an OEM pan with some baffle plates spotwelded to it. As I have access to a spotwelder it should be easy to make something up using my stock oilpan. It's a nice beerholder though.

Its more expensive than having your stock pan baffled, but then you have to buy an extra pan, or have your car down for a few days while its being done.

I may be able to sell the stock pan ($100 ?) as well, so the cost really isnt that bad. The gasket was $20 as well, and came w/ the pan.

sackdz and several others were charging $40-50 for one + core (your OEM pan). Not bad. Or if you can weld... even better.

Got a crate of fresh oranges shipped in from Florida, and they're really juicy. One of them pissed on my screen.
