these tires fit?

hey, will a 215/45-17 tire on a 17x7 wheels fit in a 2003 civic ex 2 dr without any rub or handling issues? thanks.

It's too big...outside diameter is 24.6 stock diameter is 23.4.

Why do you want to do this?

run a 205/45/17 or a 205/40/17

i'm using 215/40/17 on my 17's. i think 45's may bulg out too much and rub.

i thought the second number was the hight from the wheel to top of tire? i'm a newbie sorry. anyways, the original tires are 185/65-15 so the diameter is the same. and why 205's? Wheel Offset: +45mm by the way and im doing this for bigger wheels and wider tires. (answering everyone, damn teh 5 post ****).
