Auto tranny starter vs. Manual tranny starter...
I am looking for a b-series starter. I found one but its from an automatic integra. Does anyone know if a automatic starter will work on a manual tranny? The guy says they are the same. I want to make sure before i drive to meet him to buy it.
Thanks.
Thanks.

WRONG!!!!
not sure on B-series engines but.....
AUTO starters on D-series engines will NOT work with MANUAL transmissions
hence, when completing an auto to manual swap, the starter has to be replaced...
