Default Installing front GSR suspension/brakes.

Just wondering if my stock springs/shocks will work, or at least just the springs. It's going into a 91 CRX si.

Thanks

I am sure the springs will fit, so will the shocks, but the shocks are taller so I wouldn't recommend them.....

The Integra shocks are taller than the 88-91 Civic/crx ones.....

So I would be better off using my stock springs and shocks?

Do you just want to keep the car at stock height? What are your plans for it?

I have stock shocks with H&R springs. I would like to keep at least the springs, but if I can, it would be easier to use the whole shocks/spring.

I also have to keep my lower control arms because I have a Jim Fab crossmember and need to keep my radius arms.

Quick help note: I know that we are going to keeo the CRX LCAs, but woudl it be easier just using the entire A arm and UCA from the GSR. Also, is removing the tie rod easy?

Hmmm, I'm a little confused there, you can't just use one or the other, you have to use both shocks and springs. If you want to keep your ride at the same height as the H&R springs lower the car, try getting some adjustable shocks...

To make my question a little more simple (sorry, I haven't slept all night )

Can I use the shocks/springs out of my CRX?

I believe the question is - Integra Upper Control Arm and Knuckle w/ CRX Lower Control Arm. Can you use those on a CRX with the CRX shock/spring assembly? If not what parts from the front Integra suspension will be needed for a front brake conversion (besides knuckle and caliper)?

Yeah basically wed retain the CRX LCA and then swap on the whole integra brake/spindle/hub thing. But do we need the upper control arm from the GSR or do we need both the A arm and the upper control arm from the GSR

Ahhhh, for front Teg brakes, all you need are the DA knuckles, calipers, rotors, and pads. The rest you keep from your crx, especially the upper arms, keep the stock ones....

No, you cannot use 94-01 Integra knuckles, you can use the calipers, rotors, and pads from a 94-01 but not the knuckles, you're camber will be fuct. Use 90-93 Integra knuckles, or 90-91 EX Civic sedan knuckles....

Bah, so I'd need DA or EG knuckles. You wouldn't happen to have a diagram would you?
