Compustar problems wont let motor turn over after motor swap!!

i have a 95 honda prelude and i just put a h22a into it after afew weeks we tryed to get it started it wouldnt even turn over but the brain would click so i unpluged it. then it started right up what would cause this??? and t hey said it was draining the battery!! TIA

The alarms have a built in starter kill, check that and check your fuses to make sure everything is still in tact. Otherwise, try and re-install it completely to avoid any mistakes.
