Slicks for Stock Wheels? What Sizes?
okay, i'm looking for a cheap and inexpensive oem wheel to mount some slicks onto for my civic. i'm looking into the following: 14" miata wheels, 14" hx wheels, or 13" vx wheels. with any of those three listed, would i be able to run slicks, if so, what size? also, what about drag radials? thanks.

For 14": 20x6 and 20x8. Only Mickey Thompson makes these sizes. They used to have a 22x8. I wish they still made them. But there wasn't a market for them.
BFG and Nitto makes drag radials, 205/50 and 205/55, respectively.
For 13" VX wheels, there isn't a slick narrow enough to fit it. You can run a M & H DOT slick, though. 235/60-13 I believe. They don' tmake 13" drag radials.

14x7 wheels with 20x8x14 MT's
I've been running 14x6 TSW Alpines and the 20x8x14 MT's for 5 seasons. They need a 7" rim for wear issues.
I'll be going 22x8x13 M&H's as the little MT's are enough anymore.
14x5" steelies and 20x6x14 MT are a perfect match. Just barely enough to hook my NA SOHC and my crazy launches, 7400rpm or more!!!!!
