ITR Rear Bumper Support
Mine's trash and I'm going to be installing a new one come spring. Has anyone replaced this on their R. It seems fairly simple and straight-foward, as do many things in life. Any extra parts I'll be needing? Things to look out for? Thanks in advance
Not many things to look out for in this one. Its torqued down using two bolts, I think theyre 17mm? You can see these two bolts in the rear hatch area, kind of close to your trunk tie bar, but facing up.
If I remember correctly, it is necessary to take off the tail lights and the piece below it (has the itr decal) to remove the bumper to get to the support.

I can do it w/o taking the piece w/ the decal off. I try not to **** w/ the sheet metal. Thanks for the reply, seems fairly straight foward
