pretty stupid to think that something with more cylinders then 4 can't make awsome power.

I guess only fools would underestimate a domestic ... there are many fast detroit iron cars out there, those guys have craploads of torque and in the straightaways it's nuts, curves where a good handling import will shine.

Nice vid. I've never underestimated any car cuz imo, anything can be fast. I'm biased towards imports and I've seen relatively mild looking fox body's go 9.40's at 145mph. It wasn't cammed up, nothing special. Just a potent combination of motor and nitrous. That yellow T/A 's pretty sick man. Turbo V8's.

Who on earth would ever underestimate a domestic car (in drag racing?)
You can post "oh xxx did that in his supra"

but there are an infinite amount of foxbodys and older cars that drive out an hour to the drag strip, run 8's and 9's, drive home.
The potential is seen in new cars, lightning trucks with basic mods in the 10's and 11's, the same can be said for current, and especially upcoming mustangs.

Imports have come along way, and for what some of them are, it's insane, but don't be delusional about this.

American Cars have 10x have the potential, ESPECIALLY when $$$ is a factor.
