the clutch that looks like a fan?
hey guys, i gotta a question that my girlfriend brought up. we were looking through an issue of SCC and she asked what the difference was about the clutch that looks like a fan and a regular one? this got me thinking too cause i don't know. what are the difference besides the fact that one looks like a fan and the other is circular. what are the advantages? disadvantages? of having the clutch that looks like a fan. thanks for the replies in advance.
clutch that looks like a fan?? are you talking about a 6 puck, 4 puck, and/or a 3 puck clutch? well to make it simple if this is what you're asking about, they simply hold more power. they grab hard and usually aren't meant for stock to mildly modified cars. i myself run a 6 puck and love the way it grabs.
