Default Air in the clutch line???

My clutch has been acting a little wierd lately. It seems like it has a longer range from when it starts to engage to when it fully grabs. I thought it might be slipping, but I have tried sticking it in a really high gear a punching it and I can still bark second on the one-two shift. Is it possible that with repeated hard shifting that I could have some air in my lines? If that is the case I could bleed them and everything would be back to normal right? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

bleeder screw on slave cylinder. you have to physically pull the clutch pedal back up after depressing it with the bleeder valve open.
