rsx is a nice car to have if mods are not on top of your list.

In the future DON'T type out your posts in all caps...your question is not that important...

It's a great car and responds very well to mods. Only down side is insurance if you are under 25 (even if over it's not the best) due to the Acura luxury name. I also wish we got some of the other Acura perks like HID and larger rims (which you can get, I couldn't at purchase) for the price. For what I got stock in 02 I should have gotten cheaper and would have had it been in the Honda lineup instead of Acura.

That said, I love my RSX-S and wouldn't trade it up. Also.. get the Type-S, it's worth the extra cash and even if you don't know stick, it'll be fun to learn.

if you got the cash... do it to it. but i just picked up my 04 ep3 si after a long week of debate between the two (rsx type s and civic si). after a test drive in both, i just felt more comfortable with the si's handling and interior. the motor has plenty of room for imporvement, improvement that will probably come from some rsx type s parts, but like i said, it just felt better. its up to you, but i recommend you explore all of your possible optons... your about to spend a lot of money, make sure its what you want. buyer's remorse is a real bitch. good luck!
