SOHC can't decide, help?

Hmotorsonline has a D15 vtec motor for 435.00 but they also have a SOHC zc for 390.00 which motor is the best out of these 2?> In the near future I plan to turbo it but it will be a daily driver.

I'd go with the VTEC motor, but that's just me.
