Building a All Motor D-16z6

Im building a all motor d16z6 sohc vtec on a budget thats around 1000.00 any suggestions o its in a 94 civic ex coupe so any suggestions would be appreciated ive alredy did the basic bolt ons and a chipped ecu so if you guys can list me some more parts on this topic i would like it thanx
