current setup, it has not been assembled yet. I would like to know what kind of bottom end setup i should go with, or if it's possible to run it on stock block?
ported/polished b16 head, milled .30, endyn .5 over in. valves (flat face), stock size exhaust endyn valves, crane cams stage 3 cams, portflow valve springs/titanium retainers, and mugen head gasket.

If you want something simple, add CTR pistons to your B16 block. This should give you a good jump in compression.
