need help with cam #'s......

need help with cam #'s......
Suposedly these are gsr cams....so when i got them i took them to a place to measure them. I don't know what they did to them but i got back these #'s.. which i have no idea what they mean.....here ya go..
Intake:
From the front of the cam across the 3 lobes ( skinny, VTEC, and the not skinny not vtec one)
155 275 203
Exhaust:
145 248 195
Can someone tell me what the hell these #'s are for?
