Hydro clutch conversion????
Ive got bad/good news. My sister got into a car accident, shes ok, but her EG sedan is totaled. Now, im going to tear out everything thats worth money on it, or anything i could use to upgrade my 91 STD hatch. SO far, i was thinking radiatior, alternator, starter. I was wondering if i could do a full hydro tranny swap. Ive seen pics of an EF with a clutch master cylinder before, so i was thinking i have all the parts, maybe i oculd do a full conversion. Pedal bracket, cylinder, lines, and motor swap. (just a d15 but it would be 25 free horsepower and less mileage) Anyone ever heard of this? Is it hard? P.S. Will an EG radiator bolt up in my EF? And is there anything else i should consider taking?
Some guy posted something similar to what you are trying to do not too long ago. As far as the radiator, it is not a bolt in process, it will require some modification....
Thats using a prelude MC though. WHat about the civic one? Suppose i can cut a hole in the firewall, would the Eg pedals bolt up? Any other fabrication involved?

Ohhh yeah.. the civic has the fill cup attached? um, well.. you have half of whats needed. a lude/accord MCC wont cost much at the bone yard. i tried to do it the way you described, (using the whole assembly) thats the hard way in my opinion.
