Default What temperature rating for thermostat

I have a '92 Accord EX and needing to change the thermostat. What temperature thermostat do you use. I called the Honda dealer and they told me 82C or 180 degree thermostat. I have a Haynes Book that says the thermostat is fully open at 194 degrees. Do you get the 180 degree or the 195 degree thermostat. Which is best.

By the way, according to the Haynes Book, the thermostat located in the bottom hose. Is this right. This is all new to me. I am use to the thermostat being on top of the block. Thanks in advance.
