Diesel sounding sound

Ya i have 1999 civic SI it is bone stock just got it a couple of months ago my question is at idle it kinda sounds like a diesel truck is there any way to fix this is every thing ok ?

My B16 sounds like that too, I thought the same thing that something's wrong but everythings fine, i guess B series just have noisy valvetrains. Everyone elses I have heard sound like that.
