This winter is really messing up my car. At random times my car has failed to start, or attempted to start then completely shutdown with no power except the hazard signals. It doesn't crank, click, NOTHING. (except the hazards). A push start won't help either...the car would crank but still no power at all, no lights turn on on the cluster, nothing. After the 4th time of having my car die on me, i got a new battery and it seemed like the problem was solved. But then my door latch broke and my battery got drained one cold night when my door wasn't closed completely. I got another new battery and the problem persisted.
When i tried to start my car:
No clicks
No cranking
Sometimes the power will turn on but as soon as i press the clutch pedal to start the car while turning the key..it dies again. another 5 minutes and the power is back but it happens again.

I go away for one weekend and come back and my car starts with no problem. But then it happens again the same night.
Can anyone help me at all? I dunno if its my alternator, starter, battery wires (which are kind of green at the end, and the negative wire going to the starter is rusted)
please anyone, i gotta get my car started so i can get back to work n pay bills.

 

sounds like random short circuits, dirty / loose contacts - bad grounds, what have you dont to your car mods/accessory wise? check the all fuse boxes and ELD box for loose fuses burnt fuses etc..
