Does anyone know a way to get the light to go off without going in for a checkup, the light is on because I passed the 7500 mi. mark. Thanks in advance

 

just hold down the mileage reset button...
put the keys in, but don't start the car... turn the key into second click i believe where it lights up your gauge.
wait for like 10sec until the maint light goes off.
then start your car.

 

That light comes on for a reason TAKE IT IN TO GET WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE!! Unless you don't care aobut your car, which is already obvious.
