Default Possibly buying one of three ITR heads and need some input (pics included)

I found 3 ITR heads of interest right now, one is being sold by reputable seller Brian Wong, the other two are currently in ebay auctions.
Here's the first ebay head, I offered $1000 shipped to Canada (he's thinking about it). Head appears to be very clean, only a claimed 10k miles on head. it's a 98' jdm itr head....

Second ebay head is a 2000 USDM itr head, no valve cover. he will take $850 USD shipped up here to Canada but do the exhaust ports look really bad to you guys. apparently the motor was running good when head removed, but running rich :

Last head is from H-T, brian wong's head. also a 98' jdm head. asking price is $1025 shipped up here (includes a vtec and oil pressure switch not on first head). has 30k miles:

Which head looks the best to you guys based on how the head looks and the price???

This IS in the ITR forum also, but i'm planning to lay down the money today, so immediate input would be helpful.

Mileage on motors and heads and stuff is just a guess. How clean does it "Look". Unless you actually take the motor out of the car itself you have no clue what the real mileage is. I say support a fellow HT member and buy that one. If it were me I would want one as complete as I could get it (valve cover, etc.)

thanks for the link, but the items there are pick-up only. I live in Canada bro, so that's a little to far to drive . Any comments on head#2?

that g2ic.com head is a good deal. Id offer that guy maybe $900 shipped for it or maybe $1000 that thing is BRAND NEW. $750 pick up is a steal.

I'd be more inclined to buy from Brian b/c of his good standing with a lot of H-T members that have bought from him.

Regardless, I'd want pictures of the chambers and a leakdown test run on the ports to see if and how well the valves are sealing.

If you look at the picture below, the #1 and #4 chambers have bent exhaust valves. The #2 and #3 cylinders are what normal chambers are supposed to look like.

I'd say buy it from Brian. At least he has vouches on the forum. Ebay and Joe Shmoe can be misrepresenting their items. Not saying they are but it happens. At least you'll know what you're getting with Brian.

Let me get this straight. You're about to WILLINGLY drop 1000$ on a used head?

Wow. Wish I could throw money around like that. You can get a good P&P for like 600$....why waste 1000$ like that? I don't get it....

thanks for all the input. The cheapest of the three heads (2nd one ) is basically $750 plus $100 for insured shipping to Canada, is that such a bad price for a 2000 USDM itr head????
