I have seen dynos here on H-T of both intakes and the J's appeared to make more power. The ARC box was equal to stock.

You should forget spending $200+ on the J's or $350+ on the ARC and find one of the J's knock off intakes on ebay. I got mine for $29 + shipping.

They are spec'd for the D series motor, but the outlet side of the intake chamber is 70mm so it will also work with B series motors.

Good luck...

There has been dyno charts on H-T proving that the real J's makes more power on b-series vtec motors than the knockoffs...

I would pick the J's over the ARC in a heartbeat.

I had a full ARC setup on my ITR. Initial throttle repsonse is very good and you feel a torque jump however the intake loses out big time in the top end. I would pick the J's intake over ARC.

Where are those graphs??? I'd like to see a difference...

I have had both fake J's & the real J's EK specific intakes side to side and they are the same shape & size. Except one is carbon and the other is plastic.

Only difference is the filter.

make sure you get a K&N filter, that alone will give you 1-2 hp across the band. The filters the J's comes w/ is not too good.

If your DA does not have ABS it MIGHT fit if you relocate your battery.

I have test fit one on my DA with ABS, and a relocated battery - there is no way it will fit.
