SCCA regs for fuel cell?
The bellowing silence is saying that if you are even considering installing a fuel cell, you need to buy the rule book first. You don't want to take ANYone's word for something as complex as that.

Finally somebody is saying what I was thinking! "If in doubt, read the rules".
I am all in favor of assiting people with questions, but the rules are the rules!

The car is not going to be an SCCA car so I don't need to know the exact rules, I'm just looking for the general guidelines.

The cell must be scca approved (thus having the "SCCA" approved stamp on it). The a firewall must exist between the cell and the driver compartment. Please see local scca by-laws for fuel cell size. For further information, please obtain a copy of the GCR for more specific information.
