Default Timing belt cover question?

My engine block is a B16A. The engine is missing a timing belt lower cover, because I need to drive it in the winter, so I am afraid snow will stuck in the timing belt. That is why I need to buy a timing belt lower cover. I bought the 99-00 Civic Si timing belt lower cover from dealership, but it is not fit on my engine block. Anyone can tell me which engine lower cover will fit on the B16A? THANKS for helping!

I check with dealer already, they told me that Delsol DOHC and civic Si are the same timing belt lower cover.
