B16 B18 throttle body

Default B16 B18 throttle body

are thses TB the same size or ar thy different. If they are is it worth putting th b18 TB on my b16 or not?

This is what i've gather from the thread that i've linked for you

D series 5th and 6th gen Civic's = 56 mm
B series non-vtec = 58mm and 1st gen B16's
B VTEC = 60mm (and B20) 2nd gen up for B16's
Type R = 62mm

Dont know which tb you are referring too. If i was going go with a b18 tb it would be the type r 62 mm. And then you would have to port match your intake manifold to the correct size. For power I dont think there would be a great power gain. It depends alot of factors and the modification you have done to your ride. I hope that answers your questions

it looks like if it's a first gen then no....if it's a second gen u get 2mm smaller...u do the math.....
