ok heres is the install process. didnt get evey pic i wanted to get i was out running around alot and thinking about what to do next!!!
ALL the hard work i give a special thatnks to TIM MOORE (aka TIMMAY) and also NEIL @ max muffler for getting me in a making this come together.
4 long days of hard work to get a supposedly a bolt on kit in my car.
LIST:
t3/t04 Precision turbine
spark racing manifold
spark racing wastegate
spark racing HUGE front mount
CUSTOM 2.5inch downpipe designed by TIMMAY and built by max muffler
BLITZ super sound BOV
vortech FMU for now till HONDATA goes in in next couple weeks.
3 inch mandrel bend pipe from KTELLER in to a REAL TURBO apexiN1
BOOSTING @ 8.7 psi
parts that i was suppose to be able to keep but ended up losing
AC (if anyone wants it its for sale)
lost half my radiator fan housing because the manifold design would not let the turbo fit.




out with the old and in with the NEW BLING!!!!!!

WAIT!!! THATS NOT RIGHT!!!

timmay loves superman and insist that when he works on car he must wear the UNDERWARE!!!


no room for intake pipe. did the chicken wire and panty hose thing!!!!!!!

first test fit on intercooler

Nice pics of install. I still say that FMIC is small and the snail is even smaller.

Everything looks good although i would have passed on the Spark Racing Manifold
. Do you plan on welding in a brace for the manifold?

I give that wastegate 10 days before it breaks. Thats 2 days longer than mine. I took it off quirted it with lighter fluid and watched it burn!
happy boostin! you might want to upgrade your rubber oil return to steel braided hose, or wrap that thing with some heat shield or something.
