Default Engine Horsepower Power Low

I got a b16A2 with lots of bolt on mods. With all fuel mods(rail, pump, filter, regulator), CAI, 4-into-1 header, tester pipe, 2 1/1" exhaust, pulleys, Intake manifold, Msd 6AL, MSD coil, MSD plugs, V-tec controller, dyno tuned, but the power is still very low. My numbers at the wheel are 142.8 hp and like 102 tq. Dont unterstand why the horse power is low? Been told that it is the intake manifold. Also been told it shoud be making more like 155hp-160hp.

Some One please help!!

Also the compression is like 205psi in 3 cylinders, and 190psi in the last.

Just cant figure it out.

Hahaha...Here's a question...in those motors, what is likely to be causing the screwy compression in his cylinder? Valve seals? Blown rings/ringlandings? Huh? Just curious because my brother is about to buy one of those motors...

compression is fine, think you may have the wrong mods for your setup, to much TB and manifold, but no cams for the additional air, if you are running a big plenum type manifold you dont need it untill high rpms, take your fuel pressure back down to stock and run it again with the stock TB, you gained Volume but lost air velocity. just my opinions without seeing the car.
