Whats the fastest that you have had your car up to. I have buried my speedo and it goes up to 130mph, and thats out of a stock D15b2 non-vtec motor. not bad if you ask me and it was with 4 people in my car including me on flat ground.

Cant tell, My cluster goes to 200kph. Had a gsx close behind me and hes speeding was topping out 220kph. So Id say around 235-240. Dont know what mph that is but I still had enough of fifth to go a little fast.

has anyone ever looked at the miles you add during a top speed run? It just keep rolling quick time

 

pinned my sohc ZC at 130 plenty of times with a bit of 5th gear to go

 

my prelude si (r.i.p) got to 140 a couple times but thats a little to dangerous
the rex puts the speedo down at 130 and can go a whole lot faster

b16 stock ecu 115 comes really quick. @ 7k rpm!

after ls 5th and ecu chip...hmmm, i wonder how fast she'll go.

is 150mph feasible?

 

5th Gear @7800rpm on 15" wheels. I did a calc and it was close to 148-150mph ballpark. Scary as **** on the highway vs. a supercharged 99' Si. I left my friend behind me after 50mph.

 

Ive pulled over 150 with stock si tranny and pm7 ecu with my sohc zc. I thought the b16 was governed though

fastest i had my boy's 91 up too was 120 stock dx slight downhill

 

185kms then my govenor hits and even if i got rid of it its pointless seeing that im doing around 7500rpm, yay for s1 tranny
crappy for the highway but GREAT on the streets

 

ive had my to 120 many times with more to go but its scary going that fast because when ever i speed i always get a feeling that i'm gonna get busted by a pig. so i never go that fast unless its really late and i see no other cars on the freeway

 

my car hit the governor (185 km/hr) but thats it. I had a Type S up to like 230

 

7k rpms on 5th on my dohc zc. "broke the speedo doing that dumb ish" with no sunroof

Ahahahaha, no ****. You sure you weren't going downhill with the wind behind your back? I've taken my car to 110 but that was pointless. Motor sounded like it was @9000 rpm's. That and I prolly looked like a ricer.

 

232 hp at the wheels on the dyno and that evening I was playing with a C5 Vette. Wasn't tapped out quite yet, but I was sitting at about 7k on an LS tranny when I lifted. Lifting is when it gets scary, and all the suspension unloads! I think it worked out to 160ish MPH. I had about 5 cars on the vette at that point.

 

56 mph.

 

115-120 on my stock d16a6 crx si, then the car felt like it was lifting. got springs coming in soon and about $1000 going into the motor (built head, intake, header) so we'll see after that as well.

Fastest ever for me was with the RX7. 245kph on the speedo (about 155mph), and it felt quite "normal", easy and safe....
Fastest with the CRX (out of the total 5 times that I've driven it so far ) was 210kph (about 132mph)...and it wasnt even as safe as the 245kph with the RX7. Probably due to suspension, tyres and general handling of the CRX.....

 

119mph and i got pulled over

 

rev limiter on a PM6 ecu w/ dx trans in 5th. 2500rpm, stock 13" tires, i've been told it's 150 by some, and 162.5mph by others.

My Si is drag limited to 115 er so.

i had my dohc zc up to 135ish....scared the **** out of me so i slowed down

 

i dont know how acurate my speedo is but between 120 and 125 88 si.....stock, wind to my *** long *** strech of road

 

Stock dx d-series with 200k+ miles doesn't really like going above 95.

Dang. Just way too quick man. But showing up a C5, worth every minute of it.
