I am acquiring a USDM ITR 5-lug conv

My question is can I use my control arms in both front and rear? And can I use my e-brake lines? If I am not mistaken all I REALLY need for the conv is the spindle and trailing arm (along with brake lines and calipers)

you answered your own question. yes LCA's and yes ebrake lines.

if your not using the ITR rear shocks you can reuse your stock LCA's...

 

Yes, you can re-use your LCA's and e-brake.
