Q about this flat black CRX?

I need to know what paint was used on this...is this flat back or a black primer?

I would assume primer because of the quality of the paint on the hood.

thats ImportHatch's car(yager). pm him and ask him what he used, i think he used flat black paint. not black primer.

maybe just no clearcoat? so that in a magazine that APC's new show cars dont have clear caot and it kinda looks like that
