I ran 8psi on my MT slicks but i felt i lost top end power. Maybe I took off at the wrong rpm 5500.

 

You might get a better response if you put the slick size and put it in the Drag forum but 8psi sounds way too low. Start at 15psi and work your way down slowly. At 8psi on a 20x6 or 8 slick I wouldn't want to slow down from 100mph on that
