loose door, tigtening door hinges?

My driver side door, the one that was replaced last March, seems fairly loose. If the car is on even the slightest uphill incline or slope down to the right (like the right side of a street), the weight of the door will make the door close by itself. The passenger side door is tighter and doesn't have this problem. Is there any way to tighten the driver side door hinges?
While we are on the topic of doors, my drivers side door is slightly crooked and doesn't align properly.
I need to move the door up a couple millimeters, what do I need to take off to do this?

They don't use real Honda part #s, so if you buy from someone else just print the picture & walk up to the parts counter & point at it...
