Default GENERIC EBAY HEADER N E GOOD?

Im in a need of a header for my ls... i can get some generic chrome 4-1 header for Buy it now $86.00 and $120 shipped on ebay... its a good deal and the header looks hella clean....but i dont know n e one with experience with them... so is the ebay n e good... N e problem with chipping or n e thing? Is it much different than DC and greddy header....Is n e one selling a greddy or dc header for $150 shipped? Peace

I'm assuming you're talking about the header for sale by the company SSAutoChrome. If so, then don't waste your money, it's a piece of trash. When it comes to headers, you pretty much get what you pay for, so unless you get something particularly worth while (like the DC JDM 4-1), expect to pay a lot.

I'd say you can get a pretty darn good header for an LS for about $300 shipped.

Also, don't bump your threads every minute.

get the JUN 4-1 which is really an OBX nice quality. about $125 and its stainless steel, read IT WON"T RUST. still cheap.

I hate to have to tell you this, but OBX manifolds and headers have terrible problems with cracking. Now if you could get a real JUN header, that's a different story. Also, it's very possible to lose horsepower when using an inferior header, just thought you should know.
