i just put in a 89 si motor in my 91 dx and having problems
Well i just put in a 89si motor in my 91 civic dx and just used all the part from my 91 it runs fine but when i step on the gas i get no responce. any help will help

i used the manifold that was on my 91 dx. i just used the head and the block form the si and the rest of the stuff came of my 91 dx and what is a tsp.

tps is throttle position sensor. is it pulling any codes? check the ecu. just in case you dont know how to check. look at the ecu and see how many times the red light on the ecu blinks. it shoulnt be blinking at all. but if the check engine light is on count in 10's if the light blinks slow and 1's if it blinks fast. ie 1 slow blink and 4 fast blinks, thats a code 14.
