Default need help idling too high

I have a 91 CRX HF, it has a '96 dx motor in it, but has the OBD0 manifolds, sensors etc... I replaced the TPS, but it still idles high. Does anyone have any clue what could be the problem? Thanks for your help in advance.

Have you checked the idle screw in the TB? Have you checked for vac leaks?

Did you reset the tps after you put it on? Check the manual on the procedure, or I'm sure someone around here can hold your hand through it.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by EG6-DC2 &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">Does anyone on here know how to reset the tps and where is the screw to adjust the idle located, i tried looking at the throttle body and couldn't find it.</TD></TR></TABLE>

If the HF is the same as the Si then the adjustment screw will be on the top of the TB on the firewall side.

Other things to check when dealing with idle problems are coolant level, IACV found behind the intake manifold, and FITV found below the throttle body.

nolan, the idle screw for my prelude was located actually under the throttal body it had 2 screws on it and that released a cap and inside was a screw just tighten that up and it fixed my idle just fine.
