I know there are tons of front end swap topics out there but I'm not sure if I ever read if there is any welding involved in taking off or replacing the radiator support on a 6th gen civic...can you guys shed any light on my problem?

 

are you replacing your rad. support? becuase if you're just swapping 99+ to a 96-98, you won't need to replace it. just a little modification to the bumper.

 

no...actually it has been damaged so I am replacing it...I just wanna know what I should expect...

 

somebody has got to know something about that...

 

drill out the old welds and remove old support. have a friend or two to help you. then realign and tack weld it back on.
