I somewhat recently installed an apex WSII exhaust system on my 95 coupe, i was wondering if the fact that i only have 3 inches of clearance at the resonator is normal. The car is lowered but only on nuespeed sport springs with KYB AGX. Also it kinda seems like it sticks out kinda far, just wondering if anyone else was experiencing the same thing.

do you happen to know the tip diameter of the muffler?

 

slightly hard to tell but its oval its 3.75inx4in also it is slant cut and has a rolled edge... i guess thats the diff between ws and wsII. Thats the size on my car but im sure it varies

 

I like the first version better.

 

i like them both and mine was only 390 and i had it in two days

too loud for me thats why i dont have N1 looks good though

 

at least yours kinda sticks out so it doesnt roast you bumber like mine hehe

 

yea i had a friend with a MR Si with N1 and that happened to him too... his was also very loud thats what made me not want it

Thats exactly how far mine sticks out. I like it.

is there even another person on this entire forum with WS II on an ej2

 

Do you have a swap? If you do then you will have to go to a muffler shop to have some of the piping cut so it fits. I had to do that for my 95 CX with a B18C1.

 

nope no swap... oh well i guess the only answer is that it was just not manufactered to the best specs or something oh well i like it either way, i was wondering too if an axleback from another apex system would bolt right up to the piping of this system
