ok ...when i put battery terminals on brake lights, front corner lights, and cluster light up and are stuck on..on top of that my headlights low or high will not work....but flashers do......ive checked all dash wiring and it seems to be fine also looked at all related fuses and relays.....does anyone have any idea or info that could help me, it would be greatly appreciated

 

try disconnecting the headlight switch and see what happens. I would definetely trace that circuit out.
