Inviting all DFW, North Texas and even OK drifters to come out to meet each other and enjoy lunch/dinner at Philly Steak and Deli in Euless. As many of you know the first Texas Drift session will be held on Feb.29th @ Pennington Field. After the 'meet and eat' we're going to caravan to Penington Field ( It's close to the deli location) and check out our playground ; ) Come out and give some input on track layouts, practice areas, staging and pit areas, etc...Even if you aren't a drifter yet and you are interested, come out and it'll be a great way to get into the scene...

Unless this is NSX specific, it should go in the Events or Road Race/Autocross forums. Savy?

 

And Pennington field is a horrible venue.

The AutoX events there chew up tires and spit them out even when you are trying to take correct driving lines.

I'd advise everyone to take a set of spares if they plan on attending this.

 

Yeah, very good idea...There might be a tire changer at the event....

 

But Casey, isn't the point of drifting to tear up one's tires?
